1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1066
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1066 on page 2,
3 line 24, before the comma, by inserting the following: "or
4 pre-school or at a child care facility licensed under the
5 Child Care Act of 1969"; and
6 on page 2, lines 26, 28, and 30, after "school", by inserting
7 ", pre-school, or child care facility" each time it appears;
8 and
9 on page 4, lines 27 and 29, after "school", by inserting ",
10 pre-school, or child care facility" each time it appears; and
11 on page 4, lines 30, 32, and 33, after "school", by inserting
12 "or pre-school" each time it appears; and
13 on page 5, after line 1, by inserting the following:
14 "(3) In the case of a child care facility, the
15 custodial parent shall send a certified copy of the order
16 to the facility."; and
17 on page 5, line 9, before the comma, by inserting the
18 following: "or pre-school or at a child care facility
19 licensed under the Child Care Act of 1969"; and
20 on page 5, lines 11, 13, 14, and 19, after "school", by
21 inserting ", pre-school, or child care facility" each time it

2 on page 5, lines 20, 22, and 23, after "school", by inserting
3 "or pre-school" each time it appears; and
