 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1011

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1011, on page 3, by
 3    replacing line 5 with the following:

 4    "prevents a municipality  of  more  than  112,000  population
 5    located  in a county of less than 185,000 population that has
 6    adopted"; and

 7    on page 3, line 12,  after  "agreement.",  by  inserting  the
 8    following:

 9    "The  county and the municipality must amend their individual
10    zoning maps in the same manner as other  zoning  changes  are
11    incorporated into revised zoning maps.".

12    on  page  4,  immediately  below  line  27,  by inserting the
13    following:

14        "Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
15    becoming law.".
