 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1001

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1001  on  page  13,
 3    line  3, after "Commission" by inserting ", provided that the
 4    person furnishes a copy of that registration statement to the
 5    manufacturer,  non-resident  dealer,  distributor,  importing
 6    distributor, or foreign importer within 30 days of filing the
 7    registration statement.   The  registration  statement  shall
 8    state:"; and

 9    on page 13, by deleting all of line 4.
