 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 846

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 846, on page  6  by
 3    deleting the underscored language in lines 32 and 33; and

 4    on  page  7,  line  3  by  inserting  after  the  period, the
 5    following:

 6    "It shall be prohibited  to  park  any  motor  vehicle  in  a
 7    designated   access  aisle  adjacent  to  any  parking  place
 8    specifically reserved for persons with disabilities,  by  the
 9    posting  of  an  official  sign  as  designated under Section
10    11-301, for motor vehicles bearing such registration plates."
