 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 811

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House  Bill  811  on  page  1,
 3    after line 17, by inserting the following:

 4        "Section 15.  Contracts of the United States or any other
 5    state.   This  Act shall not apply to provisions contained in
 6    or executed in connection with any building and  construction
 7    contract awarded by the United States or by any other state.

 8        Section   20.  Business   of  selling  tangible  personal
 9    property. This Act shall not apply to  any  person  primarily
10    engaged   in   the  business  of  selling  tangible  personal
11    property.".
