 3    on page 1, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:
 4    "separate   occasions   through   the   use   of   electronic
 5    communication:"; and

 6    on page 1, line 15, by replacing ", or" with ", that"; and

 7    on page 1, by deleting lines 20 through 22.
