 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 633 as follows:

 3    on page 2, line 8, by inserting after "Act" the following:

 4    "and the manner in which a defendant is admitted into a  drug
 5    court program"; and

 6    on page 2, line 11, by deleting "the prosecutor and".
