 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 521

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 521, AS AMENDED, by
 3    inserting immediately below the last line of  Section  10  of
 4    the bill the following:

 5        "Section  99.  Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
 6    January 1, 2003.".
