 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 487

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  487  by  replacing
 3    the title with the following:

 4        "AN ACT in relation to municipal government."; and

 5    by  replacing  everything  after the enacting clause with the
 6    following:

 7        "Section 5.  The Illinois Municipal Code  is  amended  by
 8    changing Section 11-74.4-1 as follows:

 9        (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-74.4-1)
10        Sec. 11-74.4-1.  Short title. This Division 74.4 shall be
11    known  and  may  be  cited  as  the "Tax Increment Allocation
12    Redevelopment Act".
