 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 469

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  469,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No.  1,  on  page  1,  line  4,  by   replacing   "stormwater
 5    management"   with   "the   Metropolitan   Water  Reclamation
 6    District"; and

 7    on page 1, line 7, by deleting "Section 5.  The Property  Tax
 8    Code is amended by changing"; and

 9    on page 1, by deleting lines 8 through 21; and

10    by deleting all of pages 2 through 14; and

11    on page 15, lines 2 and 3, by replacing "Sections 3 and 12 by
12    adding Section 7h" with "Section 3"; and

13    on page 17, by deleting lines 18 through 33; and

14    by deleting all of pages 18 through 24; and

15    on page 25, by deleting lines 1 through 27.
