 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 453

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  453,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    as follows:
 4    in paragraph (3) of subsection (b) of Sec. 26-4 of Section 5,
 5    by  inserting  "when  there  is  no reasonable expectation of
 6    privacy" after "newsgathering".
