 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 445

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 445 on page 6, line
 3    9, after "misdemeanor", by inserting ", unless the  alcoholic
 4    liquor  is  in  the original container with the seal unbroken
 5    and is in the possession of a person  who  is  not  otherwise
 6    legally  prohibited  from  possessing the alcoholic liquor or
 7    (ii) is  in  the  possession  of  a  person  in  or  for  the
 8    performance  of a religious service or ceremony authorized by
 9    the school board".
