2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 438, on page 5, by
3 replacing line 34 with "Department may order (i) the
4 examining physician"; and
5 on page 6, line 1, by deleting "psychologist"; and
6 on page 6, line 2, after "applicant", by inserting "or (ii)
7 the examining clinical psychologist to present testimony
8 concerning the mental examination of a licensee or
9 applicant"; and
10 on page 6, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with "psychologist. An
