 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 426

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 426 as follows:
 3    on page 1, line 8, by deleting "or corporate official"; and

 4    on page 1, line 9, by deleting "or official"; and

 5    on page 1, line 13, by deleting "or corporate official"; and

 6    on page 1, line 26, by deleting "or corporate"; and

 7    on page 1, line 27, by deleting "official"; and

 8    on page 2, line 4, by deleting "or corporate official"; and

 9    on page  2,  by  replacing  lines  10  through  19  with  the
10    following:
11        "(d)  For   the  purposes  of  this  Section,  "corporate
12    entity" means any  corporation,  unincorporated  association,
13    partnership, or authority or unit of local government that is
14    organized or doing business in this State.".
