 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 382

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 382 on page 1, line
 3    12 by inserting after "fetus." the following:
 4    "Notification may also include other options such as, but not
 5    limited to, a ceremony, a certificate, or  common  burial  of
 6    fetal tissue.".
