 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 376

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 376 on page  2,  by
 3    replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:
 4        "until  death  is  pronounced  by  a coroner who is not a
 5        licensed physician according  to  accepted  standards  of
 6        medical practice.".
