 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 313 as follows:

 3    on   page   1,   line   31,   after   "who",   by   inserting
 4    "intentionally"; and

 5    on page 2, line 3, by deleting "and shall be  fined  no  more
 6    than $2,500".
