 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 300

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 300 as follows:

 3    on page 5, lines 30 through 32, by deleting the following:
 4    "and the court makes a finding that the person  was  actually
 5    innocent of the crime for which he or she was convicted".
