 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  201,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1,

 5    on page 3, line 18 by replacing "must" with "may"; and

 6    on page 4, line 31, by replacing "When investigating criminal
 7    behavior, to" with "To"; and

 8    on  page  5,  line  2,  by  inserting  the  following   after
 9    "Section": "with the exception of Subsection (c)".
