 1        AN ACT making  an  appropriation  to  the  Department  of
 2    Public Aid to create the Learning for Earning Program.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 1.  The sum of $1, or so much of that  amount  as
 6    may  be    necessary,  is  appropriated  to the Department of
 7    Public Aid for the  creation  of  the  Learning  for  Earning
 8    Program.
