 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 86

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 86 on page 8,  line
 3    10, after "maintain.", by inserting the following:
 4    "The  Auditor  General  may  contract with private collection
 5    entities and attorneys to pursue the  collection  of  a  debt
 6    determined to be uncollectable.".
