 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 84

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 84 on page 1,  line
 3    16, before the period, by inserting the following:
 4    ",  except  that  no  license or certificate may be suspended
 5    while  an  appeal  of  a  finding  of  criminal  contempt  is
 6    pending".
