 1        AN ACT making  an  appropriation  to  the  Department  of
 2    Corrections.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.   The sum of $1,500,000, or so  much  of  that
 6    amount  as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Working
 7    Capital Revolving Fund to the Department of  Corrections  for
 8    implementation  of  the  Helping  Paws  Service  Dog  Program
 9    created by the 92nd General Assembly.

10        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
11    becoming law.
