 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 36

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 36 on page 1,  line
 3    21, by replacing "must" with "may"; and

 4    on page 1, line 22, by replacing "must" with "may"; and

 5    on page 1, line 25, by replacing "must" with "may"; and

 6    on page 1, line 26, by replacing "must" with "may"; and

 7    on page 2, line 30, by deleting "or grant"; and

 8    on  page  2,  line  31, after "costs.", by inserting "A grant
 9    under this Section may not exceed 10% of the project's  total
10    costs"; and

11    on   page   4,   line   5,   by  replacing  "Authority"  with
12    "Department"; and

13    on  page  4,  line  21,  by   replacing   "$1,000,000"   with
14    "$5,000,000"; and

15    on   page   4,   line  26,  by  replacing  "$1,000,000"  with
16    "$5,000,000"; and

17    on  page  4,  line  27,   by   replacing   "Authority"   with
18    "Department"; and

19    on page 6, by deleting lines 16 through 21.
