 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 27

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 27 on page  12,  by
 3    replacing  lines  21  and 22 with "estate if, within 180 days
 4    after the"; and

 5    on page 12, line 29, after "Act.",  by  inserting  "The  lien
 6    becomes effective at the time of filing.".
