 3    line 31 on page 13 through line 18 on page 14; and

 4    on page 14, by replacing line 20 with the following:
 5    "changing Section 14-110 as follows:"; and

 6    by deleting line 7 on page 26 through line 23 on page 28; and

 7    on page 30, by deleting lines 9 through 25.
