7 House of Representatives:
8 We, the conference committee appointed to consider the
9 differences between the houses in relation to House
10 Amendments No. 1, 2 and 3 to Senate Bill 0618, recommend the
11 following:
12 1. that the Senate non-concur with House Amendments No.
13 1, 2 and 3; and,
14 2. that the title of the bill be replaced with the
15 following:
16 "AN ACT making appropriations."; and
17 3. that Senate Bill 618 be amended by deleting
18 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
19 thereof the following:
20 "Section 1. "AN ACT regarding appropriations and
21 reappropriations," Public Act 91-8, approved June 2, 1999, is
22 amended by changing Sections 230 and 270 of Article 1 as
23 follows:

8 Workforce Crisis Program High-Tech work force program
9 scholarships for Information Technology workers.
10 Section 2. "AN ACT regarding appropriations and
11 reappropriations," Public Act 91-8, approved June 2, 1999, is
12 amended by changing Section 25 of Article 8 as follows:

14 Sec. 25. The sum of $90,000, or so much thereof as may
15 be necessary, is appropriated from the Fund for Illinois'
16 Future to Northern Illinois University for a grant to the
17 Division of Public Administration to provide technical
18 assistance to units of local government for hiring interns
19 through the Masters in Public Administration Program.
20 Section 3. "AN ACT regarding appropriations and
21 reappropriations," Public Act 91-8, approved June 2, 1999, is
22 amended by repealing Sections 205, 360 and 795 and changing
23 Section 215 of Article 14 as follows:
