 1        AN ACT to amend the Lobbyist Registration Act by changing
 2    Section 1.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Lobbyist Registration Act is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (25 ILCS 170/1) (from Ch. 63, par. 171)
 8        Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited shall be known
 9     as the Lobbyist Registration Act.
