 1        AN  ACT to amend the Structural Engineering Licensing Act
 2    of 1989 by changing Section 2.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5 .  The Structural Engineering Licensing Act of
 6    1989 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

 7        (225 ILCS 340/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 6602)
 8        Sec. 2.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the Structural Engineering Licensing Act of 1989.
