 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2630

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2630, on page 2  in
 3    line 3 by removing the underscored and restoring the stricken
 4    language, and by replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following:

 5    "subsequent  time,  within  5  years of any prior convictions
 6    under this Section, shall be guilty of a Class 3 4 felony."
