 1        AN   ACT  creating  the  Rural  Manufacturing  Incentives
 2    Program.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  1.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Rural Manufacturing Incentives Program Act.
