 1        AN ACT to amend the Livestock Management  Facilities  Act
 2    by changing Section 100.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Livestock Management  Facilities  Act  is
 6    amended by changing Section 100 as follows:

 7        (510 ILCS 77/100)
 8        Sec.  100.  Limitation  or  preemption.   Nothing in this
 9    Act shall be construed as a limitation or preemption  of  any
10    statutory   or   regulatory   authority  under  the  Illinois
11    Environmental Protection Act.
