 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 245

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  245,  on  page  3,
 3    immediately below line 29, by inserting the following:
 4             "24.  "Physician"   means   a   person  licensed  to
 5        practice medicine in all its branches under  the  Medical
 6        Practice Act of 1987."; and

 7    on  page  12,  by  replacing  lines  29  through  31 with the
 8    following:
 9    "each contest by a physician licensed to practice medicine in
10    all of its branches.  The physician shall"; and

11    on page 13, in line 1, by replacing "may shall" with "shall".
