3 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
4 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated May 1, 1998,
5 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
6 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
7 of the School Code; therefore, be it
8 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
9 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
10 CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver
11 requests identified below by school district name and by the
12 identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as
13 summarized in the report filed by the State Board of
