 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1878
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1878, AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section 5, in Sec. 7-103, in the last amendatory numbered
 4    paragraph added to that Sec., by replacing the  final  period
 5    with the following:
 6        ";
 7             (80)  for  a  period  of 2 years after the effective
 8        date of this  amendatory Act of 1998, by the  Village  of
 9        Northbrook  for the  acquisition of territory on the east
10        side of Sanders Road north of the   Illinois  Tollway  in
11        lots  designated  as Permanent Real Estate Index  Numbers
12        12-06-103-006,  008,   and   010   for   roadway   safety
13        purposes.".
