          Amends the School Code to repeal  two  obsolete  Sections
      dealing  with the budget and tax levies of the Chicago school
      board for fiscal year 1974.

 1        AN ACT to amend the School  Code  by  repealing  Sections
 2    34-42.1 and 34-42.2.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        (105 ILCS 5/34-42.1 rep.)
 6        (105 ILCS 5/34-42.2 rep.)
 7        Section 5.  The  School  Code  is  amended  by  repealing
 8    Sections 34-42.1 and 34-42.2.
