 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1568  on  page  1,
 3    line  16,  by  replacing  "issued."  with  "issued,  unless a
 4    subdivision plat is not  required  under  subsection  (b)  of
 5    Section 1 of the Plat Act.".
