          Appropriates $1 to the Illinois Gaming Board to study the
      declining trend in Illinois riverboat gaming receipts.

 1        AN ACT regarding appropriations.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 1.  The sum of $1 is appropriated to the Illinois
 5    Gaming  Board  to  study  the  declining  trend  in  Illinois
 6    riverboat gaming receipts.
 7        Section 5.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1997.
