      520 ILCS 5/2.8            from Ch. 61, par. 2.8
          Amends the Wildlife Code to add a caption to a  provision
      concerning grouse.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the Wildlife Code by changing Section
 2    2.8.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Wildlife  Code  is amended by changing
 6    Section 2.8 as follows:
 7        (520 ILCS 5/2.8) (from Ch. 61, par. 2.8)
 8        Sec. 2.8.  Grouse. It is unlawful for any person to  take
 9    ruffed,  sharp-tailed,  and pinnated grouse (prairie chicken)
10    in this State at any time.
