          Creates An Act relating to a school construction  finance

 1        AN   ACT   relating  to  a  school  construction  finance
 2    authority.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  1.  Short  title.  This  Act may be cited as the
 6    School Construction Finance Authority Act.
