 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 13
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 13 on page 1, line
 3    16, by deleting "or aid the escape"; and
 4    on page 1, lines 18  and  19,  by  deleting  "or  aiding  the
 5    escape"; and
 6    on  page  1,  by  inserting  between  lines  19  and  20  the
 7    following:
 8        "(c)  Nothing  in  subsection  (b)  of this Section shall
 9    abridge the husband-wife privilege under  Section  115-16  of
10    the  Code  of  Criminal Procedure of 1963 or under the common
11    law.".
