      Adds  a  caption  and  makes  a technical change to the short
      title Section.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Nuclear Safety  Preparedness
 2    Act by changing Section 1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness  Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (420 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4301)
 8        Sec.  1. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the "Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness Act".
