      and makes technical changes in the Short title Section.

 1        AN ACT concerning the regulation of certain professions.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The Medical Practice Act of 1987  is  amended
 5    by changing Section 1 as follows:
 6        (225 ILCS 60/1) (from Ch. 111, par. 4400-1)
 7        Sec.  1.   Short title.   This Act shall be known and may
 8    be cited as the Medical Practice Act of 1987.
