          Amends the Mental Health and  Developmental  Disabilities
      Code.   Makes  a  stylistic  change  in a provision regarding
      citation to the Code.

 1        AN ACT to  amend  the  Mental  Health  and  Developmental
 2    Disabilities Code by changing Section 1-100.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The   Mental   Health   and   Developmental
 6    Disabilities  Code  is  amended  by changing Section 1-100 as
 7    follows:
 8        (405 ILCS 5/1-100) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1-100)
 9        Sec. 1-100.  This Act shall be known and may be cited  as
10    the "Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code".
