 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2251
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2251  on  page  1,
 3    line 19, by replacing "affidavit." with the following:
 4    "and  notarized affidavit.  The sworn affidavit shall include
 5    a factual description of the events, actions, and occurrences
 6    that are the basis of the complaint.".
