 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2124
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2124, on  page  11,
 3    by inserting between lines 14 and 15 the following:
 4             "(o)  It  is  not a violation of this Section for an
 5        employee of a penal institution to possess cigarettes  or
 6        tobacco products.".
