 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Public Labor  Relations  Act
 2    by changing Section 19.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Public Labor  Relations  Act  is
 6    amended by changing Section 19 as follows:
 7        (5 ILCS 315/19) (from Ch. 48, par. 1619)
 8        Sec.  19.   Prior  agreement.   Any collective bargaining
 9    agreement entered into prior to the effective  date  of  this
10    Act shall remain in full force during its duration.
