(305 ILCS 5/5-5.28)

Sec. 5-5.28. Rulemaking authority. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services may adopt rules to implement the applicable provisions of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly to managed care organizations, managed care community networks, and, at the Department's discretion, any other managed care entity described in subsection (i) of Section 5-30 of the Illinois Public Aid Code and the medical assistance fee-for-service program.
