(210 ILCS 45/3-404) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4153-404)

Sec. 3-404. A request for a hearing made under Section 3-403 shall stay a transfer or discharge pending a hearing or appeal of the decision, unless a condition which would have allowed transfer or discharge in less than 30 days as described under paragraphs (a) and (b) of Section 3-402 develops in the interim.
