(210 ILCS 45/1-114.005) Sec. 1-114.005. High risk designation. "High risk designation" means a violation of a provision of the Illinois Administrative Code or statute that has been identified by the Department through rulemaking or designated in statute to be inherently necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of a resident.
